How long does the hair color typically last?
Our semi-permanent dyes generally last between 10 to 12 washes, depending on your hair's porosity and your aftercare routine.
Do I need to bleach my hair before applying Crazy Color?
For the most vibrant results, we recommend pre-lightening your hair to a level 9 or 10 blonde. Darker hair may only show a slight tint.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Crazy Color products are 100% vegan-friendly and we never test on animals.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
Will the dye stain my skin or bathroom?
Semi-permanent pigments can stain. We recommend wearing gloves during application and using a barrier cream around your hairline.
