We want you to love your vibrant new look, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Crazy Color purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
